After searching many other companies, we decided on Corptek to completely redo our existing networks. We had 2 buildings, and the network was a mess. Corptek came in and did the job over a weekend, Pre job planning was excellent, and the work went off without a hitch. Post work support was excellent. Just call them!
I had an issue logging into Microsoft as well as setting up a new employee's account. After spending hours trying to figure it out, we reached out to Corptek. Devin was absolutely amazing! He quickly identified the problem, set up our profiles correctly, and had us up and running in no time. His expertise and efficiency saved us so much frustration. Every time I work with Devin, he is incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and always knows the right solution! Highly recommend Corptek for their outstanding IT support!
It was a sad day when my computer crashed. Andrew however, was able to recover everything I was desperately needing and set up my computer exactly how I needed it, in a timely manner. To say I am impressed is an understatement. I can not be more grateful and appreciative of how quickly they were on-site and able to get me back up and running. Would recommend Corptek to everyone.
