I didn't have much of a problem with this clinic other than the Dr. which I noted on review of the Midlothian clinic. I haven't been to either clinic in over a year as I've found a Dr that listens and responds to my concerns and medical issues. Out of the blue I'm getting notices stating that I owe on a bill. How? Why? What for? Then no one answers the phone when I call. With my insurance I have no co-pays for PCP visits. I've also noticed the "owner" responds to positive reviews instead of addressing the concerns of the reviews with lower stars..? To me that shows an unwillingness to review and make changes as needed for improvement. I'll end this review now so I can...read full review
