I have been using carnation for a year now. The service is always excellence and I never have to wait long. Even when I had problems with my renewal, they still blessed me with a wash. I really do like this place. I especially love the hand drying. But they changed the way they do it they used to hand dry right out the door, and you could drive away easily. But the some idiots thought they were not drying their car good enough so the company tried to help the winners and now you have to drive to the back pull into a stall and then wait and then pull out and pull into another stall and use the vacuum. Please put back the drying at the exit of the wash. That was way more convenient, and so what if they missed a spot. Heck, they still missed some even doing the new way. Then I would give you back the 5th star. It's a pain.i just drove out without getting...read full review

Shauna , is a VERY hard worker! They def have hired the right staff for the job! He went above and beyond to make my experience very pleasant !I’ve always been appreciated and valued as a customer! I refuse to go anywhere else ! Great job guys!
