Our furnace wouldn’t come on when it got cold. Everyone was very prompt, friendly and professional. From the person that answered the phone after hours, the tech that called me right back ready to send someone over ASAP (we declined the after hours visit), to the person that called and communicated the techs ETA the next day, and both techs that came out due to a part being on back order. They took their time to diagnose the problem and service the system. They truly went above and beyond. C&S is the only company we will use for our HVAC needs!

Cole the tech was awesome, straight forward, and honest. The company respected that I knew pretty much what the issue with my system was and they didn’t try to upsell or anything. My experience with them was great.i had the blower motor and squirrel cage replaced in my air handler.

Cole has serviced our unit twice now. I'm very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge to discuss afterwards exactly what he did and that everything was good. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing service. I will definitely continue to use.
