We have used A1 for several years with seldom an issue. Any complaint was quickly resolved. Lately, however, it has gotten worse. Ladies shirts and blouses are being stretched to fit the larger hangars. Many necklines are really out of shape. Also, lately all garments are being squished into ONE bag. Overly starched jeans are being jammed in with table cloths and blouses, slacks and sweaters. Today we picked up our order ... 12 hangars in one bag. Stretched necklines, jeans/slacks and shirts/blouses wrinkled needlessly. Not sure why this is happening, but I'm fed up. It's stupid, it's lazy, it's cheap. Twelve items should have been in three bags. Stop it now.

I highly recommend A-! Cleaners for all of your clothes, shoes and alterations! They do a fantastic job and are very affordable as well. The staff is very professional and I am so glad to have them close to my house.

The first time I used this business it was not bad at all, it took only a few days for my comforter to come back. I understand business can pick up, but this time I was promised a week turn around and it took 2 weeks. I kept coming in to check if it was done like they said it would be and I was always told it would be back the next day and it never came back. The young girl Claudia is really sweet but the middle-aged woman always seemed like she hated me or was annoying her. I would take your dry-cleaning business elsewhere.
