Baylor Scott & White Clinic - Manor

I actually would give 4 stars because the wait times are ridiculous but I’m giving five because Karen Smith has been absolutely amazing and patient with me since I’ve been seeing her. She’s caring and understanding. There are some things i used to complain about like the annuals but I know it’s protocol to be seen yearly to continue my medications. I know she’s very busy, especially in this exponentially growing city so props to her for keeping a smile and being professional.

Never had an issue here, Dr. Karen Smith is an angel and has helped me discover so many things for the betterment of my health long and short term. I struggle with choosing jobs because I don't want to move away from BSW, wish they had clinics in Houston so I could move and continue to feel safe and cared for.

The blood work person apparently is only available on 3 days a week and I hate to drive again on another day for this after seeing a doctor. Ideally, both could've been scheduled together if they'd have communicated better in advance. I figured out the blood work person's schedule only after I messaged the doctor through the portal again on why wasn't the blood work performed on the same day.During the visit, the front desk person should've ideally informed me about the blood work appointment/ scheduling process.
