My rating is based on walk-in service I received; no product was created due to my poor experience. I needed a press release printed and framed. This would be a small job, so perhaps I wasn't worth their time. I walked in, and there was no one in the front. I loudly said, "hello?" and a gentleman came around the corner. He was pleasant enough, but after I explained the product I was looking to purchase, for some odd reason he couldn't help me and asked me to wait, that he would get someone.
