The staff were friendly but it appeared that I was forgotten after checking in with another patient arriving after me called back ahead of me to see the same dentist. I was at the office for an hour to take X-rays and speak to the dentist less than 5 minutes. It was a bad first impression as a new chosen so I am choosing to find a new dentist.

I would be cautious with this office. I took my children here one of my children I was told had many cavities and was going to cost me hundreds to get them filled and another kid I was told had two cavities that would also cost a couple hundred bucks to fix. I decided to get a second opinion for both. For the one with several cavities I took to a pediatric dentist who told me the cavities weren’t so bad and only needed minor fixing. For my other kid I took her to hillwood and was told she had no cavities. I suspect this place is trying to get money but these mistakes can also harm people’s teeth. So I won’t be going back to this dentist.

For the most part they were really good. I have such anxiety with going to the dentist. And they took care of me in a way that was very helpful in the beginning. However, one of the procedures was a cavity and now that tooth is super sensitive and when I told the doctor he kinda blew me off and said it would stop hurting in a few days. It's been 3 weeks and still hurting. I won't return there.
