We hired Total Pool Care to resurface our pool, and Gustavo and his crew were great to work with. The crew completed the resurfacing in two days, and they came and brushed the pool multiple times for three weeks after the initial work, creating a smooth and beautiful finish. Gustavo was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had. He even personally checked on our pool and equipment during a weather event we had during the post-resurfacing process. Very happy since switching to Total for pool maintenance. Keane is timely, professional and dependable and we’ve had him since we switched to Total which is unusual (and appreciated!). Other companies we’ve tried there would be a new guy every 2 or 3 weeks (or less).
