Wanted to write this review specifically for Julisa's amazing customer service! She goes above and beyond to ensure that customers feel appreciated and well taken care of. Her customer service in incredible, her knowledge is great, as well as the quality of her engagement and kindness. I was so happy that I also brought my husband.
These folks are professional, courteous, and very friendly. Dr. Quadir is best Optometrist I have ever been seen by. She takes the time to explain how your eyes are, and answers any and all questions. They have a wide selection of frames, and really help you with your selection.
Staff was great. They greeted me immediately upon entering. The young lady running all my pre-testing was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Jew was very professional and walked me through my exam and addressed all my concerns thoroughly and set my worries at ease.
Everyone involved was amazing.
