Petsense by Tractor Supply is a convenient pet store with a great selection of products for all kinds of animals. Customers appreciate the store's competitive prices and loyalty program that rewards frequent purchases. The store recently added a grooming service, which has been well-received by pet owners in the area. Grooming prices are considered good, and services are efficient. The staff is known for their excellent customer service, going the extra mile to help customers find the right products, even for pets with special dietary needs.
If you need your dog groomed, this is the place! My 15 1/2 year old mini-dachshund needed her nails cut and filed. Whitney and another employee did a fantastic job. They were patient and efficient, and my fur baby’s nails looks great! Thank you!
If you're wondering what to expect, and you've ever been in a tractor supply, that's pretty much what it is minus the rest of the tractor supply. They do have a variety of healthy options, but not much on the one meat foods or treat.
The only reason I give 4 stars is due to having to pay twice for grooming because there are two dogs. Manager says it's because people want to leave tips on payment with cards. We'll that sounds like a corp issue with a change on the software. Maybe the stores can keep track of groomers doing the work and just give the tip accordingly? Or let us that tip in cash with out paying twice
