New Image construction and Roofing are fantastic!! We worked directly with Kara, Shaun and Danni. Kara did a very thorough roof inspection, and she was here as a liaison between us and the Insurance Adjustor. Shaun Richer is the manager that sat down with us and did the contract and explained the process and helped us save money everywhere we could. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained all the insurance processes and deductibles as well. Danni managed the crew that did the work on the day of the replacement. They did a great job and were very fast! I had such a great experience with New Image Roofing Construction! Sagheene and Nadia were incredibly kind and professional from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood each step of the process. Their knowledge and attention to detail really stood out. I highly recommend you give them a call when needing roof repairs or quotes!
My experience with New Image Construction was good. I had to initiate some phone calls to get information, but my overall experience outweighed that. Also, they started quite early and was completed by noon, which they cleaned up everything with no trace. My roof looks great.
