Dylan and his crew did a good job on our roof and explaining the process with us when it was time to move forward. They were quick to schedule our construction and got the roof done quickly and effectively!
Tom Burns and the team at New Image Construction and Roofing are truly amazing, professional, and fast. The logistics of supporting me in my insurance claim through installation were executed with precision and in one day they fully completed the job. The attention to detail and the communication throughout the process enabled both my wife and I (who work from home) to manage continuity in our work schedule and plan around the project execution; my neighbors were amazed that after seeing the start in the early AM and cleaning up my yard, flower beds, and driveway in the PM, that it was even possible. SKEPTICAL HOMEOWNERS, PLEASE READ: The thought of the costs & burden of replacing your roof can definitely be overwhelming, but Sean made our experience as smooth as possible.
