We cannot thank the entire staff enough for saving Biggie’s life! Throughout the process they were professional, prompt, and kind. In a very stressful situation, Lauren was so knowledgeable, reassuring and patient with our many questions and concerns. Dr. Salazar and Dr. Chambers were both wonderful and thorough. Susan, Karyl, Madi and Amy were so helpful and never made us feel rushed. I’m sure I’ve forgotten a few names (sorry) but I can tell you the entire team truly enjoys working with animals and it shows! Highly recommend and thank you again to Biggie’s care team. I had to put my dog down Oct. 10 and I just want to commend Magnolia Veterinary Hospital on working with me through this. Buddy was 16 y/o and I am going on 82. Buddy had an eye ulceration that was not going to heal, and arthritis. Between the two conditions, he was suffering with so much pain and discomfort, so the veterinarians and I, let me regress a little bit. I am experiencing multiple problems with mobility, and it was getting to be very difficult for me to care for him and if something happened with me suddenly, Buddy would have been left with a very uncertain future. The vets and I discussed going ahead and letting him go. I just want to express how grateful how I am to them for their sensitivity and understanding and their wonderful care of Buddy throughout the last year. This is an amazing clinic that provides the utmost care for the animals and their owners.

Dr. Salazar has been our vet for tears. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to visit with us and explain all issues to be sure we understand. The tech, Lauren, is also amazing. She always treats us with a friendly smile and seems genuinely happy to be treating and loving on our animals. She also goes the extra mile to follow up. Very attentive and caring.

I can’t say enough good things about the care we received at Magnolia Veterinary Hospital! Dr. McGinley and veterinary technician Lauren were absolutely fantastic during our visit with my pet, Aspen.
From the moment we entered the clinic, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Dr. McGinley took the time to thoroughly examine Aspen and explained everything in detail, ensuring that I understood the treatment plan. It was clear that both she and Lauren genuinely care about their patients.
Lauren was incredibly attentive and compassionate, making Aspen feel at ease during the entire process. The clinic itself is clean and well-equipped, which gave me great confidence in the medical care provided.
The follow-up after our appointment was just as impressive, with the team checking in to see how Aspen was doing. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention that both Dr. McGinley and Lauren provided.

Chelsea was extremely rude to me. She rolled her eyes at me, didn’t really explain that she was going to take my cat back to get examined by the doctor. Then I asked can I please be in there why they are examining her and they told me no. Chelsea came back in and said I understand you don’t want to talk to the doctor, I said I never said that, I wanted to be in the exam room. Chelsea came back in, said with an attitude your cat has a fever, and then walked out. I would NEVER go back here again and if you’re reading this, you should start second-guessing if you’re going to take your animal here. The only positive experience was Kim. Sidenote, they said since Covid they don’t do the exams in front of the pet owners. Covid is over with it’s 2025.

They are great here. I had an issue with getting to my dog since my truck wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be. They helped me out tremendously and have always helped my dog with her health issues. Props to Amy and Lauren. All of them.
