Magnolia Septic Pumping did an outstanding job! They were professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. From scheduling to completion, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. They explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. It’s hard to find companies that are both honest and reliable, but Magnolia Septic Pumping definitely delivers. Driver was “not” on time! He was an hour and a half early!!! That’s customer service buddy? They were great. I called on Thursday afternoon and needed my septic tanks emptied out and they had me scheduled the next day. I’m sure they can’t do that all the time, but it was nice because I was in a bind. They were friendly and the price is reasonable and competitive. But remember, look for value not just price. These guys took care of me. Thank you again.
This is the place! Why look anywhere else. Friendly and professional service in the office and in the field. Answered all my questions and was honest about the condition of my system. Informed me about other services, wasn’t even pushing a sale just informing me. I will always do business with them in the future. Service of this quality seems rare these days, so I’m doing my part to get the word out.
