The worst, terrible dishonesty when I called they told me they would charge me $60 after 40 minutes the person arrived drunk, smelling of beer and the worst thing was THEY CHARGED me $110. I know that most of the people who request this service do so for an emergency, but these people really are rubbish.

Terrible service and never showed up. I was told someone would be at my location in 10-15 minutes. I called 30 minutes later when no one showed up and they had the technician call me. The technician told me he couldn’t get to me for 40 minutes and said he would call another technician. I never heard from anyone. I tried calling several times and my calls kept getting disconnected. No one ever showed up. I waited for 3 hours and finally called someone else. Horrible customer service

This is a third-party. They will set someone up to come out, but they want to take payment over the phone before someone is even out there to look at what needs to be done or before the work. I definitely don’t recommend using a third-party and I don’t recommend this company.
