There was no pressure, just helpful and compassionate assistance with each decision necessary. After our son’s death, Manny arrived with a helper to transport our son’s body with respect and dignity. His professionalism and kindness has continued with each part of the process, answering all of our questions in a timely manner. Every member of the staff has treated us with the same amount of concern and care. On top of that, the Magnolia facility is a beautiful place for services. Thank you to Klein Funeral Homes for making this most difficult season of life more bearable.“
“This crematory was amazing. The website went through Waller Equine Hopsital and the link didn't work, but they had a phone number that we called and they were so incredibly kind and helpful. They came out after hours so we didn't have to leave our horse in the pasture overnight, and the man who came out was kind, professional, and expedient. I'm so grateful they were able to make a difficult time a lot easier.“
“he showed up early to do his services. was very respectful and polite. he takes pride in his work and makes sure he give an un rushed services and is very affordable went out of his way to at no extra charge for me. it was a blessing to have him do the release for me“

“We meet with Magnolia Funeral home when my dad was moved to hospices. When walking through the doors we were welcomed by the owner, a very sweet and kind man, who you can tell is very passionate about his work and caring for others. He talked to my sister and I for a moment and then got us connected with Jeff.
Jeff walked us through our options and explained the process of what would happen when we needed to make the call that my dad had finally passed. He was very personable and caring about our situation. He never pushed us or made us feel like he was selling a product which was so important. He made sure to listen to our individual needs. We cried and laugh with him as he guided us through the process as we talked about our dad and family memories. He truly showed compassion and kindness towards my sister and I. We completed the paperwork so everything was ready.
The day came and the hospice nurse placed the call to the funeral home. They came out to our home and the gentleman that picked up our dad was very respectful to our family, or dad, and our home. I am sad that I didn’t catch his name, but I wasn’t in the best mind set to even think of asking. I want to thank him for treating my dad with such care.
We elected to have my dad cremated and the part that gave us great comfort is that the crematory is there on site. The processes that the funeral home has in place for cremation gave us peace of mind. They split my dad’s ashes exactly how we asked and they made sure my sister had everything she needed in order to fly back home.
This funeral home in my eyes the best in the business. I hope and pray I don’t need to use their services any time soon as the loss of someone is so incredibly hard. However, I would use them again in a heart beat and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone preparing for the loss of a family member or who has already lost a family member. There is no doubt in my mind that they will do what they need to make sure you are very well taken care of. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all that you did for my family.“
