We had Ferrugia come out as a third opinion. They are the only company that didn’t try to sale us a new ac unit. They fixed the root of the problem, the breaker, and everything is working perfectly again.
We have used Ferrugia for over 10 years and have been so happy with their service! They have always been honest with us, never never perform unnecessary services or repairs, reasonably priced and are super prompt and friendly. We emailed late last night when our outside a/c unit started making a loud banging noise and we had to turn off the system. He replied right away (which we certainly did not expect!) and said he'd put us on today's schedule. He was here around noon today, fixed a bend in the fan blade and we are good to go! Highly recommend Ferrugia!
Kevin with Ferrugia Airworks A/C installed a whole house dehumidifier system on my AC Unit to reduce the humidity in our home. He gave a quote which was very reasonable and was able to install the next day. He knowledgeable, honest, and very pleasant to work with. Even better the relative humidity in the home is now at 47% while the outside humidity is near 95%. Since this system reduces the humidity in the home the AC will run less and is likely to reduce our electricity use as well. I would wholeheartedly use them again!
