When I called, Kelly was the one who answered the phone, and she was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She knew exactly what I needed and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I was especially impressed that she was able to have a technician at my home within 30 minutes of my call!
Unfortunately, I don’t remember the technician’s name, but he was wonderful as well. He arrived promptly, was professional and courteous, and had my system up and running again in no time.

Efficient, polite, and professional service from a nice young man who went above and beyond the call of duty trying to fix out heat. We greatly appreciated his concern for our situation. Our problem was such that it did not have a quick fix, even though he tried, but he made sure the parts we needed were ordered, and was out the next morning to install them. Within minutes we had heat again. Thank you Will for all your concern and hard work. It's people like Will that make Magnolia Country Air the best!

Recommendation from my son was what led me to them. The annual price was comparable to what I had paid in VA. David, the technician they sent, was outstanding.
