Amazing. Joshua was on time and did a softstart installation so seamlessly. Like he did thousands of times. Very pro installation. Also discovered another issue with another component that few other companies didn't see. AC was vibrating for 4 years and now fixed. All included within a service fee. Very honest and legit company that can be trusted. Their customer service is also quick and responsive.

Backslee AC people are the friendliest, kindest and helpful business I have ever used. I started using them when I bought my condo in April Sound, since they installed the unit by the seller. Now I use them for my Houston home as well and have referred them to others. They are quick to respond and if you have an emergency, they will try their hardest to work you into their schedule.
