The staff, including Kylie, Michelle, Honetha, Alejandra, Gissela, Chandler, and Allison, are described as friendly, helpful, and a ray of sunshine. They go above and beyond and the extra mile to help with needs. Dr. Hunt is a wonderful doctor who listens to needs and takes time with patients. Dr. Walker also cares about patients, takes time to talk, and listens to all concerns. This is the first time patients have felt like walking into a facility without dread. Patients have received nothing but the best experience at this small clinic, giving it 5 stars.
I absolutely love this clinic! The workers are amazing! I switched from Bryan location after 8 years to Madisonville, because of the way this clinic is ran. Wonderful receptionists, both in person and over the phone. Will and have been recommending everyone to this location. Dr's here are also very patient and listen to everything and anything, willing to help in any way they can. Kid friendly, elderly friendly,autism friendly.
Always treated like family. Kylie watches out for me. Dr. Hunt is a wonderful doctor, he's the only doctor who has listened to my needs. Thank you for all y'all do for this community
Really like Kylie at the front desk. She is really friendly. My nurse Michelle is awesome and goes above and beyond for those she takes care of. I really like Dr. Walker since he has came here. He had helped me be on my way to a greater me! Really cares about his patients and takes the time to talk to you and listen to all your concerns. First time I have felt like walking into this facility with anything but dread. Keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen!
