I had to get stitches after a freak accident in the lake. NP Lindsay and her staff at UT East Texas urgent care took great care of me especially from being out of town. I can't thank them enough.
Made my appointment online and I didn’t have to wait. The providers were thorough and efficient. Had an issue with my insurance and copay but I’m sure it will be resolved when the claim is finalized. Other than that, I have zero complaints, they were there when I needed to be seen right here in town. Convenient & quality care.
