Trayden and Mikah were great. Trayden was very knowledgeable. He explained the entire process from start to finish. He was very thorough and made me glad I called A Dregree Above!! Highly recommend these guys. Also, cant remember her name, Iapologize, but I recieved excellent customer service when booking this appt as well. Great customer service from start to finish. From my phone call to the service itself.
The gentleman was knowledgeable and professional,very nice guy.He answered all my questions and more than satisfied with the service I received.He walked me through the problem and showed me pics to identify the issue.
Excellent service. Knowledgeable and respectful. Answered all our questions and was honest. Gave us a quote for a new unit and got our old unit cooling enough to tide us over until we get the new install. Highly recommend this company.
