Pat Weldon owner of American Prime Roofing is a really awesome person to work with. He is super respectful of all your needs and does work far superior to all others I have used in years past. This company is well worth the cost and you might even get some extra benefits by use him. Absolutely satisfied customer.
I don’t usually write reviews this personal, but I feel I need to share my experience with Pat and his roofing company. Last year, I called them for a small roof leak. Pat came out, inspected the problem, and to my surprise, fixed it on the spot without charging me. I was so grateful and wrote a review at the time. This year, after some raccoon damage to my roof and attic, I called again for an estimate. When Pat arrived, I shared that I had since been diagnosed with incurable cancer. While I went back to bed, he quietly climbed up on the roof and repaired all the damage. I had a check ready for him, but he finished the job and left without ever asking for payment.
