Our HVAC system suddenly stopped cooling, right when Summer is on the way. These guys gave us an hour timespan of arrival. We live in Harlingen. Not only did they arrive within that timeframe… they cleaned our unit, fixed a part, and had our house already cooled by 3 degrees now within that same hour timeframe! Everything is working great. They were polite and have a very professional process to everything. They were also reasonably priced which is a blessing right now. I highly recommend them as a friend did to me! Great service!
Any time we have an issue with our system we call Joe Cabrera and his crew come immediately. They show up and get straight to work. Very knowledgeable and friendly guys. They have all the tools to fix whatever problem we have. And they explain in detail everything they did. And very affordable price. Highly recommend.
I just had this company replace my inside and outside 5 ton ac unit. Here’s my experience with them.
1. They found every avenue they could to help me afford the project- it was a very expensive job.
2. They arrived on time for the job.
3. It took them half the time I thought it would take to finish.
4. The entire crew was very respectful and throughout the experience, they always made themselves available for any questions I had.
5. In everything they did, they always seemed to add a touch of excellence. Ex: How they carefully cleaned up after themselves when the job was finished.
