Was so disappointed in Lumberton location.I have been several times and always had a very good experience.I told my sister in law about it and she drove almost an hour to meet me for pedicure.It didn’t take long at all to get seated & was given something to drink after asking (reason for 2 Star rating).We requested the OPI pedicure option 55.00 which includes 10 min additional massage time for feet or neck/shoulder, we chose latter.The following are also reasons for 2 Star rating:1. Person used a towel to wipe water off the floor then begin to use on my sister-in-law to dry water off her legs, she asked that she not use the same towel and the lady apologized saying...read full review

Ngan (i'm probably misspelling her name and i apologize if so) gave me probably the best pedicure i have had ever!!! She thoroughly worked out the problem areas of my feet & ankles which relieved so much of the aches caused by my RA. She suggested the CBD pedicure without knowing of my joint issues so it worked out to my advantage. I love how soft & beautiful my feet are again!!!

Sandy and heather are my absolute favorite there. Sandy has done my feet since I moved to the area over a year ago she is amazing. Heather has been doing my nails as well since I started going. They are both by far the best ladies in there.
