I have to hand it to Dr ford
and the rest of the staff at Main Street they are great people to deal with . Dr Ford truly cares for the animals and the people also. The whole staff are very polite and courteous.
It truly feels good to be able to follow Dr. Ford to Main Street with my more health compromised babies, thanks to him after five years in helping me keep my furry babies healthy. More recently, thank you Dr. Hunter, I truly thought I was going to lose Black Jack, he's thriving and living his best young life. I appreciate everyone at Main Street for helping me and working me in when I have a sick pet emergency.
everyone here is so incredibly kind. i take my dog here, but i also rescued some kittens a while back and made one an appointment because i was worried about him. he ended up passing before i could take him so i called to let them know we wouldn’t be there. they were so sweet, told me if i needed anything that i could call them. about a week later i got a letter in the mail from them signed by everyone giving their condolences. they hadn’t even met my little baby, but took the time to do that for me and for him anyway. not only are they good at their job, but they absolutely care about you and your animals
