All the guys were very nice, well mannered, worked there butts off in the heat to replace both inside and outside units, plus duct work. Extremely pleased with the whole experience. Will definitely recommend them to everyone.
John Kirk did an excellent job. I called on the weekend, they got to us before mid day (even though I didn’t call until mid morning) and went through several checks before finding a rather abnormal problem. John worked constantly to get our AC back up and running. At the end, the bill was reasonable and justified. I highly recommend Big Fish and John. They are lucky to have him. He was extremely competent, professional, courteous and just nice. Because of his work and visit, we signed up for yearly maintenance. I highly recommend this company if your searching for someone to keep your home cool or warm.
