Ray is my absolute favorite! Very thorough, kind, so fun to talk to, and will answer any questions you have about anything the best he can. Have had Ray for years I REFUSE to use anyone else! When we moved back into our house we had soooo many issues with all sorts of bugs, since he has been coming hes fixed so much and our house is compeltely manageable now❤️
Keith, the guy who he was training (can’t remember his name), and Nathan were great.
We’ve had to use Orkin before and yeah they were fine, but they only guaranteed their work for 30 days. We had some major work done and, we appreciated how prepared Terminix came for the job at hand. Same service at Orkin was cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Will be using Terminix for all future pest control needs.
Amazing service, although very expensive. The sales rep, or inspector was very thorough. He was highly concerned about the termites but our immediate concern was the pests as my son and I had been sting and the spiders were becoming unbearable. Really the highlight was the tech that came out. He is the best. Amazing attitude and work ethic.
