Ferrari’s replaced our 18 year old heating and airconditioning system with an efficient Trane Heat pump system added a return to our master bedroom and we couldn’t be happier!! Works much better than the old system!! They did a fantastic job with a very fair price!! Well done to the team that installed it for you Jim and Cheryl Matthews
Ferrara’s is the best around Lufkin. THE best. Another company came by to look at my busted AC but then really tried hard to sell me a whole new unit, but then I called Ferrara’s. Garrett came over and was able to fix my problem for WAY under what I expected to pay and my air is blowing COLD. 100% recommend to all of my family and friends!!! I’m canceling my “service plan” with the other company and only ever calling Ferrara’s from now on.
Ferrara’s was quick to respond to my a/c need and sent Garrett Swan out. He was focused, well-mannered, and got my problem solved quickly. The fee was what I expected, with no surprises or up-selling. Ferrara’s is my go-to now.
