I called McWilliams to do maintenance on our tankless hot water heaters. They came 45 min away on a Sunday ? and that was just normal business practices for them. No extra charge for that!! We got the service guy Juan. He was amazing! He was so professional, knowledgeable and kind and did not even mind us watching so we could learn how! There was a special running so the cost was very affordable! This is the place to call! Next time I’m asking for Juan specifically! Great business!
We can always depend on McWilliams & Sons when we have any problems with our air conditioning or heating. Their techs are personable, knowledgeable, & prompt! We highly recommend this company.
I recently visited the McWilliams office in Burke to address an issue related to my mother’s HVAC system. I went in expecting to be disappointed, believing the company had likely outgrown professionalism… but I have to give credit where it’s due. Within no more than a few minutes of addressing my concerns with John Turner, he took decisive action and had the issue fixed before I walked out of his office. John could’ve easily spun me in circles with his extensive knowledge of HVAC and sent me away unsatisfied and believing I was wrong… but he’s clearly not that guy. McWilliams is fortunate to have John steering the ship.
