I can't speak for their sales department, but I can speak worlds of their service. Jonathan in the service group took the best care of me, my kids and my car. We broke down just south of Lufkin and managed to get a tow back into town. Even our tow truck driver knew Jonathan by name and told us we'd be in good hands. Jonathan diagnosed the problem, got us fixed up and back on the road in just less than a day. He even came to pick us up at the hotel. I don't even remember the last time I'd had service like that at ANY dealership. He was courteous, communicative and did not treat me like I've had some in the past at other dealerships. I came to Loving Lincoln almost a year and a half ago looking to purchase my second vehicle. I am a younger individual and while there it was discovered that I did not have much in the way of credit history to get the car that I wanted. Before it was discovered that my credit history was almost non-existent the staff were quite friendly and willing to help me find my next car. As the day wore on ,however, it became increasingly difficult for me to find a vehicle within my approved credit and price range.
