Even though we hadn’t ever brought Zeus for care, they took us in with no questions asked and allowed us a private room to say our final goodbyes. They let us stay as long as we needed. They got his ashes back to us within 2 days. They also followed up with a sweet condolence card. When we are finally ready to get another dog, we will be using them for veterinary care. The office staff was exceptionally nice and respectful.“
