My experience with Zerores was fantastic. Before making my booking, I called with some questions, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. After I booked, I received a confirmation and a reminder for my appointment. On the day of the appointment, I got a call, and the gentleman who contacted me was very polite and professional. The pricing was outstanding, and once the cleaning was complete, my carpets looked brand new. I highly recommend their services and will certainly be booking again.

The technician was very helpful with my concerns about taking his time and not rushing the job. He removed all the stains from the carpet. Definitely a five star experience and will be using Zerorez again. One more detail unlike other companies Zeroez doesn’t charge a millage fee for customers who live outside of Lubbock. A well known carpet cleaning company in Lubbock I called charges $2.50 per mile. I live in Littlefield that would have cost an extra $85 dollars…
