this is Ameris😀 They corrected a really bad color & cut to my hair. They got me in fast in an emergency situation. Mary did a great job exactly as I asked, removing all the ikcy brown color that was put in my hair, by a criminally unkind, at the very least, "beauty" operative. She ignored my requests for platium leaning towards grey with dark ashy undertones, and no hair cut. She even took a razor comb to my long hair! Hazel helped me get in quickly & did her best to reassure me they could help me. Mary did her best to prevent damage while fixing my hair. Finally, someone who is brilliant with color AND cut. Hazel is absolutely the BEST. My hair looks and feels better than it has in years, and I now frequently receive compliments on how nice it looks. It is especially nice when a total stranger walks up to me to tell me they love the color of my hair.
