The receptionist in the front desk, don’t know how to do her job. She was rude and a smart ass to me. I just called with some questions. She was really really unprofessional. And rude!I don’t know how dr. Rivera hire her.!

Very disappointed after receiving a call from my mother on how POORLY she was treated by the RECEPTIONIST at this clinic. She was not at her desk for quite sometime, my mothers vitals were taken by a nurse and was sent to sit back and wait again for the receptionist to finally show herself and then get on to my mother about how she’s supposed to mention she has insurance when she for 1. Is a recurring customer and 2 . She wasn’t even asked for it etc. at the beginning! DO NOT COME TO THIS CLINIC!!! I only gave one star because I had to in order to give a review. The woman at the front desk(she says her name is Amber)is the rudest, laziest, and non-customer service oriented person you could ever meet. My son went there to be seen today. We have full coverage insurance through BCBS. She told him he couldn't be seen by the Doctor because the insurance company was closed and she wouldn't be able to verify insurance. Then she told him he could pay $85 to be seen and have a prescription written. She also stated she wouldn't get paid if she didn't verify his insurance. My son called me, and I spoke to this woman who was rude to me as well....read full review
