This is a great place to go for health care. Yes they are busy but that means people know you get great care here. Most people are willing to wait because of it. The doctors spend as much time with each patient as they need to take care of their issues. If you want a doctor that gives you two minutes and walks out of the room just so you can leave quickly, go elsewhere. If you want quality care, see these people.

If you're looking for 5 star service, look else where. The receptionists are rude and the system feels impersonal. Unlike small doctors office, they have so many patients that they run it more like a hospital and wont try to get to know you on a personal basis. However, if you're looking for a competent and friendly Doctor, look no further! Doctor Allen is exteremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. She makes up for what the facility is lacking. So, the family medicine office Is hard to find but if you turn in off of 4th street its right at the front. Also, I've been told that this is currently the only office accepting market place insurance.

If you want crappy care, go here. Internal Medicine is disorganized and rude - especially Dr. Jenkins, and Family Medicine can't get a message about a medication question right - it can take 4 days for a call back. The staff complains about their administrator not giving them enough staff - just what I want to hear when i'm sick. There are much better doctors in Lubbock, find them if you want good care.
