Not the first rude call I’ve had from the TTU Wellness Center, but definitely the most openly sarcastic. Dylan told me five times in under two minutes that he emailed me “a whiiiile ago.” It came off condescending fast.

This was the first call I got. I’m literally selling plasma to pay this fee. Most students aren’t checking email constantly over break. I work in a hospital. I get stress but I’d never talk to a patient like that, especially when you’re calling about mental health stuff??

If you work in student wellness, tone matters. Attitudes like that don’t belong in healthcare, period. Consider retraining.

They stopped taking a lot of Insurances, and are now more expensive than the urgent care down the road. This is also not to mention the service they provide is worse than urgent care. The cost should be included in tuition.

I’m had very bad experience in here. First, they are not efficient at all, it is one the worse clinic you can visit, they make you to wait for an hour and half for a visit. The visit also do almost nothing, it is better to not waste your time in wellness center at TTU and go to actual clinic outside of campus, doctors are not very helpful too,
