I won’t go anywhere else. R&C is hands down my only choice. They make me feel welcome EVERYTIME I walk in, and leave me with a smile and perfect nails and eyebrows. By Far the best I’ve had in Lubbock!! Thanks again you guys for making my nails and eyebrows the BEST!!Services: Foot massages

Absolutely love coming here. Today was my daughters 5th birthday, and she wanted her nails painted and a pedicure. They were awesome and so patient with her, AND they played her a happy birthday song.
