Stylist: Jessica did a wonderful job cutting and styling. She had to deal with a customer who displayed belligerent ugliness because he would have to wait 30 minutes. He did not give her the chance to find a suitable compromise, just flew into a barely concealed rage. In spite of this beginning to the day, she did an admirable job on my hair, and I appreciate her talent so much.
