Absolutely horrible employees. I’ve never seen such predatory sales people. They will flat out lie and manipulate you into spending more money. They lied about what plans include and pricing. It’s disgusting go elsewhereService: Tanning

The girl who helped me was SUPER nice and helpful. I had never used a tanning bed or anything before but she showed me all their beds and tanning booths, told me about the different kinds of tans I could achieve and the products they offered, and she was great with getting me set up with a membership. Honestly the worst part was the customers, had a couple rude, impatient people come in and be snappy with her while she was getting me set up - not hard to be nice to employees you interact with.

I would give this zero stars if I could and if it wasn't for the girls in store being the sweetest. I've never had a bad experience until today when I put in a request for a refund, which the girl at the store instructed me to do. When I got a call back the woman on the line was beyond rude and disrespectful. I was told "sorry that's not what you want to hear" then hung up on. With that being said I will most definitely be going in and canceling my whole membership instead of freezing. Would much prefer to spend my money where I'm respected as a customer.
