I have been in th Heating Air Conditioning Refrigeration and Electrical business in West Texas for over 40 years, my son has a Farmers Insurance Agency in Lubbock, I visit my kids and grandchildren there often, So I visited the Lubbock Morrison Supply, now..... I use them to purchase our equipment, parts and warranty issues. Wow to my surprise I was beyond impressed, the manager by the name of Chris Boger, welcomed us, took interest in our business and needs, and set us up, introduced me to a sales representative by the name of Chase and we have been treated like VIP ever since. It didn't stop there, the warehouse was so organized (actually iI have never seen such organization) with eager friendly professional staff to get us loaded , triple checked our order and made sure our load was secure. Furthermore, there delivery driver fit right in as well, courteous, very careful that our equipment is not damaged, I really thought those days were gone! But not at Morrison in Lubbock!
