Its a very cute, big size nursery. Very kid friendly and the staff are super knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't personally ask them for anything but I did hear and see them help the clients around. They have plenty of stuff for your garden or household plants. It is a bit on the pricey side so if you're looking for something cheap and small unfortunately this doesn't have many options other than bedding. There are so many things to look at and I love the decorations, especially the dog ones. They also provide delivery, loading, and planting. Will come back.
First time to visit the Little Red Nursery, since we are new to Lubbock. Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Could not have been more happy with my purchase and my help. Greg, who worked there, was amazing. We will be back.
August 4, 2025 I bought 3 $39.99 Cassandra’s. I picked the biggest 3 of 7 the selections on Monday, replanted 1” size pot (so I can bring in in the fall), I set them outside in King’s Park, Lubbock., & by Thursday 1 looked bad. All treated with new Organic Miracle Grow potting soil & Fertilome Root Stimulator Solution. I am an FTD, AfS & Telford Florist & owned a nursery myself bf retirement. Point is Little Red will be the last place I go for plants. Their Return Policy is 24 hours. MY POLICY was to keep my customers happy 🤗; I would return floral arrangements or plants/planters if MY Customer not 🤗 NO matter the time. Lowerms & Homedopt have better return...read full review
