My son had his braces going on four years I told them I wanted his braces off. Since his teeth were straight already for a while. They were waiting for I don’t what. But withdrawing from our account monthly. So they took my sons braces off finally because we asked them to. Didn’t even clean his teeth or give him a retainer. I’m so disappointed after almost four years you would think they would have done their best for my son. I’m hoping it was a one time thing.
