This location is beyond amazing. We will come to them for all our haircuts from here on out. We decided to go to another place closer for Convenience and we ended up having to come here to have the fix the haircuts. They fixed the haircuts with no problem. Thank you all again so much!
I have been a natural curly girl for 10+ years, and i’ve always wanted a curly cut, but i have been skeptical about who, and where i go to get that service. I got a curly cut about 5 years ago, or so, and it was the worst experience ever, which is why i couldn’t trust anyone to cut my curls again. I finally let my guard down, and went back to Great Clips today, and I had the best experience I ever had at a salon, in a while. I want to thank Zoey for her excellent customer service, and for understanding my needs for my curly cut! I’m so happy with my curly cut! Service was ok. The wait time on the app stated 14 min. When we checked in we waited over 30. The stylists were constantly having to leave the clients in the chairs to go check in the walk ins. They seemed like they were drowning with lack of staff and lots of customers. Wait time went from 14 min to 40 and we were still waiting after 30 min+. The company should consider having a receptionist that checks in the customers so the stylists aren’t required to maintain the desk while servicing a client.
