Okay, so it’s a bit unconventional, but at the age of 55, I was craving a change. I entrusted Gracie with creative freedom in my hair, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. If you’re in Southwest Lubbock and looking for a new hairstyle, head over to Gracie at Great Clips at 82nd & Milwaukee!

Today I ran in to get a cut and some style back to my hair. Walked in and it was busy but was greeted to Geeat Clips by everyone. Great atmosphere even though they were busy. Mel was my stylist and what a great young lady!?!! She saw where I was headed and guided me through the whole process. I walked out very pleased with the salon and Mel!!!!

If I could rate it a zero I would! I saw Anne or Annie. I usually go here for a simple cut usually never a problem. I came in here to get a tiny trim and she managed to do what I asked. Put in some layers on her own accord which I didn't mind but didn't ask for. Looked alright at the time. I have curly hair, very curly and she tried to relate to that like a hundred stylist do and never can do properly. Well anyway the first mistake was I had a coupon for 7.99. That was emailed. She wouldn't honor it because it was for another city. Ok, cool, but the freaking haircut literally took like 3 minutes. That's it!
