Greg was very patient and professional answering or finding the answer to all questions. He knew purchasing eyeglasses is a big decision with a lot of money riding on it. He made sure we got the best price using our insurance and using discounts. He had his manager check his work, which gave me confidence they work as a team. 5 stars for Greg and his manager. We’ll see if they keep the 5 stars when the glasses come in. I’m sure they will. Good to work with.

Jesse was great! My glasses were within the 1 year guarantee time frame when one of the arms broke. I called in advance so they could order rhe frame to replace but when I followed up they couldn't locate the order and I was moving back to Austin in a matter of days. No problem. Jesse located my frame on the floor and I was there in 15 minutes and out in 5 with my issue fixed. Jesse took initiative and I'm a happy customer.

The doctor was professional but lacked in any personality but the woman that helped me with my contacts made up for the doctor- Destinie was personality plus - helpful and kind! Jess with glasses was too!
