I will never stop recommending this vet. They absolutely care so much for animals and it really shows. Dr. Taylor and all of his staff show compassion for you and your pet and I can't imagine trusting anyone else with my pets. People who know me, know my pets are my family. They go everywhere with me and when one of them is sick it's extremely upsetting. My little Mischief had what was either a ruptured abscess or a puncture wound from our fence and I was luckily able to get a same day appointment and they treated him so well. This has been my go-to vet in Lubbock since I started going to college here and adopted two kitties. Normally they are really great and all of the staff is sweet and helpful- today when I went it was a little different.. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, but the nurses who assisted with my cat in the checkup room were very standoffish and rude in demeanor. It was a younger girl with dark hair and a younger white male. Neither one of them said a single word to me, besides the male when he weighed my cat and told me i could take her out of the carrier and put her back in the carrier. I've been coming here a couple times here and honestly, 10/10 on both prices and service. Brought three of my pets here to get boosters and got all three for $160. You won't find anywhere better!!
