Highly recommend! We had 3 rooms, 3 pieces of upholstered furniture, and 2 area rugs we needed cleaned and freshened up. I called and received a very straightforward quote with no gimmicks. They were able to get us scheduled very quickly as well! The 2 employees they sent out were prompt and extremely polite the entire time. They took extra care with getting spots out of the carpet and furniture (because... Kids) and were friendly and helpful in answering my questions. We will use them again and make sure to refer them to our friends and family. This is an outstanding locally owned company!

I have used many carpet cleaners, but Flatland is in a different league -- the absolute best. I had carpet that had been just about ruined by a male dog I rescued who marks all over every room. I worked hard to clean the messes, but was woefully unsuccessful. Flatland came today and performed a miracle on my carpets -- and on my state-of-mind. I hadn't had guests in my house for 4 months because of the carpets. Chris was a true angel. He and his crew were knowledgeable, helpful, quick, effective, and their prices were so fair. Chris gave me helpful carpet cleaning hints and cared enough to reassure me that this happens to lots of male dog owners. We are now using male dog "marking wraps" (modified diapers). Fingers crossed. And they earned a permanent Flatland customer today. ~ Mary
