This company is AMAZING!!!! Not only do they have the best customer service but they are reasonably priced and do an amazing job! I have used this company twice now and will only ever use them for my rugs/tile and furniture cleaning.
Falcon Flood Services came to our house when our cold water line on our washer ruptured in the middle of the night. My wife and I woke up to 4 inches of water throughout our house. Jon and his staff were amazing through the entire process. Jon and Josh provided excellent service and answered ALL of our questions. Jon even took the time to answer a 7 year olds questions. They had our house stripped in 4 and a half hours and had our house DRY and SAFE in 3 days. I will recommend them to anyone for all of their flood mitigation and water restoration needs!
