I'm so thankful that there are honest dependable people like Paul. I've used him several times for a property I have in Lubbock. I have a home warranty on the house, but it's easier and overall cheaper to have someone that will come out, when they say they will, and do the job right the first time for a reasonable price. Yesterday my house was 86 degrees. I have two young children as well as pets. We need cool air. I called Paul this morning. The customer service was exceptional. I was comfortable doing business with him. He came out same morning and fixed my air conditioner while I was at work and updated me in detail. He is not a cut corners kind of guy and he explains very well what is going on and what he is going to do. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone.
